Most of our staff comes from rural areas around Siem Reap and trained in the skills of hospitality. Each has a minimum of five years experience. Where most hotels and cafes would have a churn rate of over 30% of their staff every year, Tangram Garden has the most stable team of staff in the Kingdom. So why aren't we in Government?

Our BBQ specialist is Sokhoeurn, Kea's sister. Under the guidance of our chef she has developed her skills as a BBQ chef and has become an indispensable force behind the grill. The Tangram Signature plate is one of the best selling dishes, which is a mixed grill that is grilled to perfection by Sokhoeurn. Like nearly all of our staff members, Tangram is her first paid job. Sokhoeurn has worked for Tangram several years now and does not require much instructions.She single handedly handles all BBQ dishes on the menu!
