Most of our staff comes from rural areas around Siem Reap and trained in the skills of hospitality. Each has a minimum of five years experience. Where most hotels and cafes would have a churn rate of over 30% of their staff every year, Tangram Garden has the most stable team of staff in the Kingdom. So why aren't we in Government?

Eng is together with Pov, always. They come in a team and will most likely leave in a team. Eng is very diverse and even though her English is still developing, her quiet and warm personality makes every guest feel welcome entering Tangram. She trained at the reception and has become quite a skilled cocktail and fruitshake mixer under the guidance of Soksan. Next will most likely be service but for now she enjoys the bar, where she mixes up any drink on the menu, or on request from our guests.
