Tapas origin from Spain and it represents a variety of snacks and appetizers. The dishes may be served cold or hot and are usually small in porportions, just to keep enough space available in your apetite for the main course.
At Tangram Garden we substituted the word Tapas for Bits & Pieces. We are in Asia and although the smaller Asian snacks may refer to Tapas, they are completely different in terms of ingredients used. Therefore we chose not to refer to the original Spanish name, but call it our "Bits & Pieces" section of the menu, which primarily suits those lounging and enjoying the playground with their children.
As our chef is still working on a variety of Bits & Pieces that we will serve at Tangram Garden soon, expect that the selected menu of around 10 different dishes will be exclusive, yet very affordable. Expect deliciously marinated mushrooms, stylish served shrimp cocktails and BBQ'ed meat and fruit skewers.
